Canteen

Our canteen is a school-run canteen, with Mrs Kerryn Howker being our friendly Canteen Supervisor.

The canteen is open each day for morning tea and lunch. Students are also able to submit 'lunch orders' each morning, so that a fresh / hot lunch is delivered to them in their classroom. Lunch orders can be made on brown paper bags, or on bags available from the canteen. The order should have the child's name and class clearly written, a list of items ordered and enclose payment (correct change is recommended but not necessary).

Thanks to the support of local businesses and community groups, Merimbula Public School also has a Breakfast Club. All students are welcome to get a free healthy breakfast from the canteen each day. Breakfast includes cereal, toast and/or fresh fruit pieces. Breakfast is available from 8.40am.

We are always looking for helpers in the canteen. If you are able to volunteer some of your time to help (even a day or 1/2 day per month) it would be very much appreciated. Please contact the Administration Office on (02) 6495 1266 to offer your support.
